The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual as one amalgamation connected to the universe

Frederic recalls being told he tends to explore with his mind, and lists the other avenues: emotions, the spiritual side as a connection with everything, and the physical - which he says he can hardly forget given how much less he now sleeps.

The Wonders invite him to consider that he currently sees a separation between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, and to imagine realizing himself completely as an amalgamation of all those aspects, with his energy not limited by which aspect it belongs to, so that what exists at the emotional level can enhance or diminish the physical, mental and spiritual, and likewise for every aspect.

If that is agreed, accepted, experienced and expressed, one begins to realize one's interconnection with everything, moving from separation between self and universe to the realization that all of the universe is energy available to oneself, so that one never lacks energy or vitality for exploration.

From there one self-realizes that separation does not exist.

They note this is a movement that does take time as time is known in this world, but that it can eventually occur, and Frederic says he gets glimpses of it, including its effect on his physical energy.
