Frederic explains that what prompted the topic is his continuing sleep difficulties: unlike years ago, the lack of sleep itself no longer bothers him much, but the story about stress harming the body makes his mind say he is not sleeping enough.
The Wonders acknowledge that lack of sleep does create physiological stress that then involves the mind, emotions and spirituality, but say that if what he is doing is genuinely his own choice - his, not his mind's - then even no sleep is a joy in his life and is not stressful.
His mind will insist the body needs eight hours; this is precisely where he must choose in the moment and command his mind out of the way.
A frightened mind will interfere with the body, cause disease, health concerns and mental breakdowns; when it is commanded it has no such power, and the body, told to heal itself, is quite capable of doing so.
They repeat that the body is designed to last 10,444 years, like a car built to last that nobody actually keeps that long, whereas most people barely reach seventy or seventy-five, because the mind interferes and stops the body from taking care of itself.
Frederic notes that sometimes he sleeps little and still has a great day, with some ego satisfaction in being able to do so; the Wonders tell him to use the ego rather than be controlled by it - to command it, agree that it is a great day, and set the rest aside.
