Giving the mind a new puzzle: doing nothing

Frederic says he is learning to distinguish himself from his mind, and asks what puzzle he could give his puzzle-loving mind beyond what it has already explored.

The Wonders suggest letting it puzzle over what it is like to do nothing, since it has never done nothing and has always looked and explored.

He should still do what he must at work, but when the mind wants to puzzle, direct it to that question - eventually it will realize that in doing nothing it actually does more.

They add that the key is to recognize how joyous his journey is becoming and not to get attached to why this or that is not working.
