Frederick explains that frequent travel and hotel stays make his organic diet difficult and wonders whether the long-term answer is to avoid such situations.
The Wonders suggest bringing food, then tell him to stop trying to control everything: he will go to restaurants and eat as best he can, which is precisely why he keeps a regular organic diet and a cleansing programme.
If travel pushes roughly 70-80% of his diet into non-organic restaurant food, he should expect to need another liver cleanse once he enters the maintenance phase.
Until then he should treat it as part of the experience; eventually he will find restaurant food uninteresting and lacking nutrition, his body will crave real food, and he will naturally start carrying organic items such as nuts and seeds.
They add that he should not stop himself from enjoying a non-organic celebratory meal with wine — his present psychology would make him refuse — but he should recognise that his body may take a few days to recover from it.
Frederick also asks about 'bone mend', an ingredient in the previously recommended scar cream, and they clarify it means bone-mending, from mending as in sewing.
