Creative activity as a glimpse of possibilities, and energy outside the mind

Frederic says he had been examining creativity from an emotional perspective and wonders whether he should focus more on free choice instead.

The Wonders caution against getting caught up in creativity.

Frederic explains his observation that when doing something he would call creative he felt much more connected to himself and more expressive of who he was, while acknowledging that this is still a judgment.

The Wonders reply that although such a reflection sits more at the physical level, it is a glimpse of probabilities and possibilities that can be explored.

In the reflection after the session, the channel describes sitting at the kitchen table simply staring into space with no thought at all, thoroughly enjoying the moment, and concludes that the moment one gets out of the mind there is energy and vitality, whereas returning to thinking brings a sense of heaviness, drag and increased awareness of physicality.
